Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before it ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, conventions, or new product launches), handling time may run slightly longer — we'll do our best to keep you updated if that happens. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs for orders within the US and Canada are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates from USPS and DHL, depending on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery times vary by carrier and service level selected at checkout and are estimates provided by the carrier, not a guarantee.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery within 15 miles. Delivery time varies by item (1-5 days depending on print/assembly needs). We'll reach out to schedule drop-off.
International Shipping (Canada)
Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. These fees are collected by the carrier or customs agency at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package arrives damaged or you believe it's lost, please contact us at fandomplaground@gmail.com so we can help resolve the issue.
